We had the neighborhood block party this weekend. We loved the Cupcake walk (we both won twice, yummy). Plus, we were so excited to get our Wacky Hair done and have tattoos. Emily even got a tattoo. Nana and Bapa came to help out mommy and daddy, since they were both helping with the party.
